Nilima Deshpande holds an MBA (in Finance & IT), and a Master’s Degree in Law and co-leads N&N Partners in Pune. She is a versatile professional with a multi-domain career span of nearly three decades and has multicultural experience of diversified geographies like Saudi Arabia and Germany during her years in MNCs. She has represented clients in Civil, Co-operative, Family, and Consumer courts and provides conveyancing and drafting services for Wills, Living Wills, Agreements, MSA, NDA, etc. With a passion for making a positive difference in people's lives, the focus of her practice is also on alternate dispute resolution techniques for settling disputes outside of the courtroom. Outside of the courtroom, she is a strong advocate of gender equality and women's rights, and conducts awareness sessions on women related laws and on Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place (commonly known as POSH). Nilima is also a guest faculty at law colleges. Committed to empowering women, she dedicates her time as a mentor for Katalyst India, an NGO, to guide female engineering students from disadvantaged groups. Beyond work, she enjoys playing Sitar to unwind.
